Representative Clients

Currently, Harvey serves as an in house counsel to the Associated Musicians of Greater New York, Local 802, AFM, the largest local union representing professional musicians in the United States. He also currently represents District Council 1707, AFSCME, AFL-CIO, a Union representing 25,000 social and community service employees, in representation proceedings, organizational campaigns, labor board matters and first time negotiations as well as TWU Local 562, a Union representing airplane mechanics. He has also provided legal representation to IBT Local 102, which is comprised of brewery workers employed at Anheuser Busch's Newark Brewery,The International Longshoreman's Association, AFL-CIO and its employee benefits funds, The Mason Tenders District Council of Greater New York, Local 638 of the United Association of Steamfitters and Plumbers, The Doctors Council and IATSE Local 764, AFL-CIO, a union representing theatrical wardrobe workers in New York City. He also serves as Co-Counsel for the Local 389, D.C. 1707 Pension Trust Fund. Harvey also represents The Union of Adjunct Faculty at Pace, NYSUT.

Harvey also represents several companies such as the Amish Markets, LLC; six independently owned and operated Manhattan gourmet grocery stores, Granite Web Design, Inc., a firm providing Internet web design (who also created this web site), Granite Tech. Solutions, Inc., a firm providing disaster recovery and IT services and White Diamond Enterprises, LLC, an organization comprised of various not for profit philanthropic and educational enterprises.

Finally, Harvey represents many individuals in employment discrimination and related litigation.
