Obtained a Decision and Certification of Representative from the National Labor Relations Board reversing a Hearing Officer’s determination that decertification election in which a union had retained certification had been tainted by the promise of a dues abatement. The NLRB found that the dues abatement was neither a financial benefit to bargaining unit members nor objectionable conduct and thus overruled the Hearing Officer’s finding that a new decertification vote was required.
